What Should We Charge For Our Tickets?

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to help us plan our 2015/2016 season. As a dedicated theater-goer (and supporter of BPW) you're the perfect person to give us a hand.

Here's the deal.

Our Indiegogo campaign last year helped us raise enough money to get us up on our feet. Now, like all the big kids, we’re relying on ticket sales to get us through. But, if theaters actually charged what it cost to put on a play, it would be like if an ant’s body were  the actual size in relation to its strength. The ant, and the ticket price, would be enormous. Especially when you’re like Boston Public Works and insist on paying the artists who work on your shows.

We're not numbers people, but we do know there's a lot of leeway for what's affordable for our audiences and what will still let us keep delivering the exciting theater we produced our first year.

We want to find a ticket price that allows us to continue providing you quality productions of new works, while making sure the cost seems fair and desirable to our audience. So, we figured let's ask you what you think. Take the survey and tell us.

Free Ticket Drawing
Complete the survey. Then enter your name and email address and you will be entered into a raffle to win two free tickets to all three shows this season.

The survey should take you about 5 minutes to complete.

Thanks!

If the survey doesn't show up on your mobile device, click on this link, which will magically transport you to the survey.
